枣庄港滕州港区滨湖作业区#1～#6通用泊位工程施工招标公告

1、招标条件

本招标项目枣庄港滕州港区滨湖作业区#1～#6通用泊位工程己由（项目审批、核准或备案机关名称）以（批文名称及编号）批准建设，项目业主为滕州新奥能源物流港有限公司，建设资金自筹，项目出资比例为100%，招标人为滕州新奥能源物流港有限公司。项目己具备招标条件，现对该项目的施工进行公开招标。

2、项目概况与招标范围

2.1建设地点：滕州市；

2.2工程概况：本工程共建设6个2000吨级泊位，位于规划码头岸线东侧，顺岸布置，方位角69.71°～249.71°，码头总长478m，码头前方作业区宽30m，码头前沿顶高程36.4m；

2.3计划工期：18个月；

2.4招标范围：施工图范围的全部内容（(包含港池及航道的土方开挖工程，码头工程，港池及航道的护岸工程，地下廊道工程，陆域形成工程，堆场道路工程，堆取料机基础，供电、通信、给排水、消防、安全、环保等配套设施工程，旧构筑物拆除工程等）。

2.5标段划分：共分一个标段。

3、投标人资格要求

3.1&nbsphttps://sdmgwd.com/215-2/本次招标要求投标人须具备住房和城乡建设部颁发的港口与航道施工总承包一级或施工总承包特级资质（资质证书承包范围中必须有港口与航道工程），投标人近5年（2012年1月1日以来，以交工验收证书日期为准）至少独立承担过1项沿海1万吨级或内河1000&nbsphttps://sdmgwd.com/215-2/吨级及以上码头工程或5万平米（累计）及以上水泥混凝土路面工程业绩，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的施工能力。

3.2&nbsphttps://sdmgwd.com/215-2/本次招标不接受联合体投标。

3.3与招标人存在利害关系可能影响招标公正性的法人、其他组织或者个人，不得参加投标。具有投资参股关系的关联企业，或具有直接管理和被管理关系的母子公司，或同一母公司的子公司，或法定代表人为同一人的两个及两个以上法人单位不得同时对同一标段投标，否则均按否决处理。国务院国有资产监督管理机构直接监管的中央企业不属于本条款规定的“母公司”，其一级子公司可同时对同标段投标，但同属于一个子公司的二级子公司不得同时对同一标段投标，否则均按否决投标处理。以先报名者为准。

4.2招标文件每套售价1000元，售后不退。

5、投标文件的递交

逾期送达的或者未送达指定地点的投标文件，招标人不予受理。
