枣庄港滕州港区滨湖作业区#1～#6通用泊位工程监理招标公告

1、招标条件

本招标项目枣庄港滕州港区滨湖作业区#1～#6通用泊位工程己由枣庄市发改委以枣发改行审[2017]9号核准批复（批文名称及编号）批准建设，项目业主为滕州新奥能源物流港有限公司，建设资金自筹，项目出资比例为100%，招标人为滕州新奥能源物流港有限公司。项目己具备招标条件，现对该项目的施工监理进行公开招标。

2、项目概况与招标范围

2.1建设地点：滕州市滨湖镇后辛安村；

2.2工程概况：本工程共建设6个2000吨级泊位，位于规划码头岸线东侧，顺岸布置，方位角69.71°～249.71°，码头总长478m，码头前方作业区宽30m，码头前沿顶高程36.4m；

2.3计划施工工期：18个月；

2.4招标范围：对枣庄港滕州港区滨湖作业区#1～#6&nbsphttps://sdmgwd.com/215-2/通用泊位工程施工图范围全部内容（包含港池及航道的土方开挖工程，码头工程，港池及航道的护岸工程，地下廊道工程，陆域形成工程，堆场道路工程，堆取料机基础，供电、通信、给排水、消防、安全、环保等配套设施工程，装卸设备的采购制作、安装 ，堆场周围的绿化，旧构筑物拆除工程等)的施工准备阶段、施工阶段、竣工验收阶段及缺陷责任阶段实施全过程监理。

2.5监理标段划分及其监理服务期：本工程共分1个标段，监理服务期30个月（其中施工期18个月，缺陷责任期12个月）。

3、投标人资格要求

3.1资质要求：投标人须具备独立法人资格，具备交通运输部颁发的水运工程监理甲级及以上资质。

3.2业绩要求：投标人2012年1月1日至今（以交工验收证书日期为准）独立承担过至少1项沿海1万吨级或内河1000&nbsphttps://sdmgwd.com/215-2/吨级以上码头工程监理业绩；

3.3&nbsphttps://sdmgwd.com/215-2/总监理工程师要求：国家注册的“港口与航道工程”监理工程师或交通运输部“水运工程行业监理工程师”；高级及以上职称；具有至少一个沿海1万吨级或内河1000&nbsphttps://sdmgwd.com/215-2/吨级以上码头工程任职总监理工程师或副总监理工程师或总监代表业绩。

3.4&nbsphttps://sdmgwd.com/215-2/本次招标不接受联合体投标。

3.5&nbsphttps://sdmgwd.com/215-2/资格审查方式：资格后审。

3.6&nbsphttps://sdmgwd.com/215-2/与招标人存在利害关系可能影响招标公正性的法人、其他组织或者个人，不得参加投标。单位负责人为同一人或者存在控股、管理关系的不同单位，不得参加同一标段投标或者未划分标段的同一招标项目投标。
